All content on our platform, including but not limited to videos, course materials, code samples, illustrations, UI design, and brand assets, are owned or licensed by us. You are granted a limited license for personal learning use only. Any copying, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
By using our platform, you confirm that you have the necessary permission, supervision, or legal capacity to use our services in accordance with applicable laws. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you are using the platform on behalf of a school, organization, or educational institution, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
You are required to register for an account to access many features of our service. You agree to keep your credentials confidential, maintain accurate information, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You may only create one account per mobile number.
Some features, courses, or content may require one-time or subscription-based payments. By making a purchase, you agree to our pricing, billing terms, and any applicable taxes or fees as displayed during checkout. Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways; we do not store your credit or debit card details. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. They automatically renew unless canceled in advance. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings. Upon cancellation, access to premium content will continue until the end of the billing period.
You agree to comply with all platform policies including but not limited to community guidelines, instructor rules, refund policy, and anti-harassment policy. Violations may result in suspension or account termination.
You may not use the platform to post illegal, harmful, or misleading content; to spam, harass, or impersonate others; or to interfere with our platform's security and functionality. Reverse engineering and automated scraping are strictly forbidden.
You may have opportunities to contribute through discussions, forums, Q&A sessions, or project submissions. All user contributions must be respectful, original, and non-infringing.
By submitting content (e.g., answers, comments, reviews), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional or educational purposes, with attribution if applicable.
We grant you a limited, revocable license to download and use the mobile application on supported devices. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the application. Updates may be pushed automatically.
Our platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, and platforms such as institutional websites, YouTube, Facebook, payment gateways, or external learning resources. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not own, control, or endorse the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Accessing or interacting with any third-party content is done at your own risk.
We may display advertisements from third-party partners (including Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and InMobi). These ads are not endorsements and we are not liable for any claims related to advertised products or services.
We reserve the right to monitor, suspend, or remove any user account or activity that violates our terms or community policies. We may also limit access to certain features based on user activity or violations.
Our handling of your personal data (e.g., name, mobile number, location preference) is governed by our Privacy Policy. We employ best practices for data encryption and user protection.
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing support@futuresetu.app. Upon requesting deletion: (a) Your account will be deactivated immediately and you will be logged out. (b) Your account will enter a 30-day grace period during which you may reactivate it by logging back in. (c) After 30 days, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our active databases. (d) Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes as required by applicable law.
Either you or we may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to your courses and content. No refunds will be issued for violations of our Terms. Account deletion follows the 30-day deactivation process described above.
We may occasionally suspend the service for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for temporary interruptions or data loss. We will aim to notify users ahead of planned downtimes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of a dispute, local laws will apply without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in accordance with applicable law. Users waive their right to a trial by jury unless otherwise required by law.
We strive for accuracy, but sometimes errors may appear in course descriptions, pricing, or features. We reserve the right to make corrections without prior notice.
We do not warrant uninterrupted access to the platform or guaranteed learning outcomes. You accept the platform "as-is" and understand that educational progress depends on your effort.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our services. This includes data loss, business interruption, or platform unavailability.
You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violations of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
We may collect and analyze anonymous usage data to improve our platform. Personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. You retain rights over your submitted educational data.
You consent to receive electronic communications from us (e.g., emails, in-app messages, push notifications). You agree that these satisfy legal communication requirements, including written notice obligations.
All purchases made on our platform are non-refundable under normal circumstances. If you accidentally purchase the wrong course, content, or subscription, you may request a change within 24 hours of the transaction by contacting our support team. This is only applicable if you have not started or accessed the purchased service. Once any subscription, course, or service has been activated or used, we will not be able to process refunds or exchanges. Contact us at support@futuresetu.app within 24 hours of purchase.
